NYU Stern Board Fellows Webinar: The Board Optimization Lifecycle

​Board challenges are often treated as isolated issues, when they are usually symptoms of deeper governance gaps. This session introduces a full board lifecycle framework from assessment and recruitment to onboarding, engagement, evaluation, and transition. Participants will gain practical strategies to strengthen board effectiveness, sustain engagement, and manage leadership transitions with intention, continuity, and impact.
