Session 1: Kick-off, State-of-the-Union in AI, market signals, and what great organizations are doing today
Session 2: Live interview with a CEO of a company breaking away from the pack with AI on what's working and lessons along the way
Session 3: Hands-on AI training (Claude, Cowork, Design, Code), live uses cases, art of the possible
Session 4: Governance and risk management
Session 5: Change management and creating an AI champions cohort in your org
