As we move into summer, we’re bringing the EmpowerHER community together for an evening of connection, conversation and celebration.
At its heart, EmpowerHER has always been about creating space for women to come together exactly as they are. To share stories, build friendships, support one another and leave feeling a little lighter, a little braver and a little more connected than when they arrived.
Alongside plenty of time to mingle, enjoy a drink and celebrate summer together, we’ll hear from a handful of incredible women and organisations whose stories remind us of the power of resilience, courage and community.

This summer gathering is a chance to pause, reconnect, and spend time with women who are all navigating their own paths - across business, investing, leadership, and life.

Founded by renowned human rights lawyer Harriet Wistrich 10 years ago, the Centre for Women’s Justice is a small but powerful charity working to hold the state to account for violence against women and girls and to challenge discrimination in the criminal justice system.
This is vital,urgent work. Too often women who have suffered domestic abuse, rape, coercive control or exploitation are not protected and are even criminalised by the very institutions meant to help them.
The CWJ team coordinates an extraordinary network of frontline organisations, specialist lawyers and barristers to challenge injustices, expose failures, change laws and drive public awareness so that women have equal access to the justice system
CWJ Ripple is a group of supporters which is creating a network of people who can influence and reach out to others to support the work of CWJ, which benefits all women and girls.
We will be hosting a Raffle on the night raising funds for CWJ.
