Build Your Own Scientific Agent with BioAgents

​Join us for a virtual hands-on workshop with Bio Protocol, led by Aakaash Meduri, Head of BioML and maintainer of BioAgents — an open-source framework for building scientific AI agents. Aakaash will walk you through the architecture of BioAgents, how to contribute to the framework, and how to implement your own agent from scratch.

​You’ll learn how to:

• ​Understand the core architecture behind BioAgents

• ​Build and customise your own BioAgent for scientific applications

• ​Contribute to the open-source framework and collaborate with others

• ​Learn how promising BioAgents can be selected for launch on the Bio Protocol Launchpad

​This session is especially useful for participants building agents during the Longevity Agents × Berlin Hackathon (14–16 Nov), but it’s open to everyone who wants to learn how to create intelligent tools for scientific discovery.
