​This special session will be led by Hannah Louise Shelton, strategic people development professional and strengths & career coach with over 10 years’ experience in learning design, talent development, change leadership, and coaching. With a blended background in corporate environments and coaching practice, she is known for her calm, thoughtful approach and for creating spaces where women can articulate their strengths, own their narrative, and move forward with confidence.

​Many women move through their careers without fully understanding how their strengths show up in different situations. In this session, we’ll explore how your strengths operate when you’re in survival mode, when you’re at your best (in a state of flow), and in your proudest achievements — and how this awareness can help you protect your energy and stay authentic.

✨ Ways to consciously lean into your strengths to navigate challenges
✨ How a strengths-led approach helps you to protect your energy, bounce back quicker, and stay aligned

​After the learning part, we’ll move into networking breakout rooms — a chance to connect with other women, share experiences, and explore collaborations in a supportive, non-competitive space.
