Vibecode your AI Chief of Staff: built for you, ready for your team
Your best opportunities die in your inbox. Your team’s die in everyone else’s.
A follow-up nobody owns. Meeting notes nobody reads. Everyone is told to use AI, and everyone is still copy-pasting into ChatGPT on their own.
On Saturday 21 November you build an AI Chief of Staff. You start with yours: it remembers everyone you meet, turns meeting notes into tasks, drafts replies in your voice and answers you on Telegram or Slack. Then you set it up so your team can plug in, each person with their own access, and nothing goes out until a human says yes.
On Monday, you’re the person on your team who made AI actually work.
You’ll learn how to
Build a shared CRM that fills itself from email, calendar and meeting notes, enriched with LinkedIn
Turn meeting notes into tasks and reminders, for you and your team
Decide who sees what: your inbox stays yours, shared work stays shared
Keep a human in the loop: agents draft, you approve before anything goes out
Run personal and team bots in Telegram or Slack
Write a Skill once, in your voice, and let your team reuse it
You leave with a working system for yourself and a setup your team can join. Rolling it out to a whole team takes longer than a Saturday, and we’ll show you where to start.
