Global Frontier AI Forum
A private, invitation-only strategy dialogue on AI toward 2030 - Side event of RAISE Summit, Paris
Foundation models are entering a new phase of global development. Frontier progress is now unfolding in parallel across the United States, Europe, China, the Middle East, and other emerging ecosystems, with each region making distinct choices on openness, multimodality, agents, deployment, and infrastructure. Yet there are still very few opportunities for direct, high-level dialogue among the people building these systems.
This closed-door forum, with limited attendance (under 100 participants), will bring together a small group of CTOs, Chief Scientists, frontier model builders, infrastructure providers, and senior technical leaders from leading AI organizations across the US, Europe, China, and the Middle East. The objective is to create a candid, technically substantive exchange on how foundation models, multimodal systems, agentic AI, and AI workloads may evolve toward 2028–2030, and what this implies for the future AI stack.
The forum will be held under the Chatham House Rule to encourage open exchange. The emphasis is on discussion rather than prepared presentations, and on building a cross-regional, cross-paradigm perspective on the evolution of frontier models and AI infrastructure.
