About Event

Join Seaworthy Collective, Florida for Good Tampa Bay, and Ecosphere Restoration Institute for a morning of hands-on environmental action during Florida Climate Week! 🌱🌊

We’ll come together along the shoreline at Stewart Middle Magnet School in Tampa to remove litter, help restore the waterfront, and support living shoreline planting efforts designed to strengthen and protect our local coastal ecosystem.

Whether you’re already involved in environmental work or simply looking for a meaningful way to give back to Tampa Bay, this is an opportunity to get outside, meet good people, and make a visible impact on a piece of our community.

Volunteers will receive a brief welcome and safety orientation before breaking into groups for shoreline cleanup and planting activities. No previous experience is necessary, and guidance will be provided throughout the morning.

📅 Saturday, October 10, 2026
⏰ 9:00AM - 12:00PM
📍 Stewart Middle Magnet School, Tampa

After we wrap up, volunteers are also invited to join us for an optional casual gathering at Rick’s on the River to grab food or a drink and spend a little more time together.

Space will be limited, so registration is encouraged. Additional information about parking, what to bring, and day-of arrival instructions will be shared with registered volunteers as the event gets closer.

Come ready to get your hands a little dirty and help leave Tampa Bay’s shoreline better than we found it. 💚

This event is part of Florida Climate Week™, a statewide week of education, engagement, and action presented by VoLo Foundation.
