Speaker Bio:
Wayne built his first SaaS product in 1998—before SaaS was even called SaaS. Since then, he has helped grow multiple enterprise B2B SaaS companies from pre-revenue to $20M+ ARR across the US, Europe, and Asia, with two $150M exits (and counting) under his belt.
In 2021, Wayne distilled 20+ years of operating experience into a practical framework that helps founders de-risk revenue growth and rethink how they build efficient, scalable go-to-market organizations. The framework has since gained recognition beyond the startup ecosystem—it’s now referenced by lecturers in MBA programs at institutions like Cornell, and increasingly adopted by tier 1 VCs as part of their due diligence process before investing in early-stage companies.
In 2024, Wayne co-founded RVNU with Laura Wheeler to scale access to this methodology. RVNU is a boutique consulting practice whose GTM operating system has already been deployed by over 100 founders, unlocking millions in enterprise value and accelerating their path to escape velocity.
