Co-operation for Better Renovation: From the Sector to the Neighbourhood
How can we accelerate large-scale, high-performance renovation? How can we improve cooperation between stakeholders to scale up projects and develop new models?
Ressorts and Le Cluster Eco-Bâtiment invite you to an afternoon of exchange and collective intelligence dedicated to cooperation dynamics within the high-performance renovation sector.
This open event will bring together stakeholders from across the entire value chain: companies, clusters, housing providers, local authorities, funding bodies, design offices, European partners, and anyone wishing to contribute to transforming the sector.
A (truly) collaborative event
The programme includes workshops, sharing of best practice and experience, and discussions aimed at identifying key levers for cooperation to accelerate high-performance renovation, from individual buildings to whole neighbourhoods.
The event will also showcase resources, tools and training developed through several European projects and sector initiatives, covering themes such as prefabrication and industrialisation (Prefablab), neighbourhood-scale renovation training, off-site processes and Lean tools, energy modules and technical solutions, financial levers for scaling up projects, joint procurement schemes, and inter-housing provider approaches.
And afterwards… an informal evening to continue the conversation
The afternoon will continue with an informal evening event including a debate and networking drinks, offering an opportunity to continue discussions in a relaxed setting, meet the European partners present, and develop new collaborations.
Workshops and Panel Discussions (List of speakers to be confirmed)

Since the publication of the first Energiesprong specification in 2020, numerous studies and projects have advanced our technical, social and environmental understanding of housing renovation. What key elements should be included in a new version of the Energiesprong specification? How much room should be left for innovation? Which performance targets should be achieved? Join us in co-creating this new reference framework for future projects.
• Collaborative Renovation Between Housing Providers: Renovating Together to Deliver Faster and Better
To accelerate high-performance energy renovation, collaborative approaches are emerging as a promising way to renovate more efficiently and at greater scale. What benefits can housing providers gain from working together? Should procurement, construction works or renovation strategies be pooled? Is a wave-based renovation approach relevant? And what role should energy performance guarantees play within these collective initiatives?
