Masterclass structure:

The session addresses how AI is fundamentally reshaping the PM role - moving us from documentation-heavy processes to prototype-first development. Drawing from Peter's experience deploying AI-powered workflows in localization and global product launches at Disney, he'll show participants how modern PMs are using AI to collapse timelines, build functional prototypes without engineering resources, and automate repetitive workflows.

The workshop covers three core areas:

(1) essential AI tool categories for PMs - from vibecoding platforms like Cursor to workflow automation tools like n8n;

(2) practical prompting strategies for PRDs, user research, and data analysis, and

(3) how to build micro-automations and quick prototypes. The key message is that modern PMs need to be builders, not PowerPoint visionaries, and that while frameworks are transitory, core skills are transferable.

The format is 30 min intro + 3×40 min deep dives + 30 min Q&A, with optional hands-on exploration time built into each module.
