🍀 Defrost with us in our cozy glass studio and discover the art of enameling on glass—a centuries-old technique we’re reviving with whimsical, modern designs.
With Saint Patrick’s Day just around the corner, we’re celebrating by painting ring dishes, mini espresso cups, and tea cups to be personalized with symbols of luck. This event is the perfect way to soft launch our new studio and an opportunity for you to create something meaningful to take home!
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to transform fine glass powder into paint and use glass as your canvas to create layered designs. We’ll cover the fundamentals of mixing, application, and composition so you can confidently begin working with this beautiful and versatile medium. Your final pieces will be kiln-fired, permanently fusing your enamel design to the glass base.
🕯️ In This 2-Hour Workshop, You’ll:
Watch a live demonstration of enamel painting—featuring four-leaf clovers, ladybugs, and other lucky motifs.
Learn the basics of enamel painting. No experience is needed to sign up for this event! Most guests arrive as beginners and leave as budding glass artists.
Experiment with glass powders and mediums to create your own functional piece of glass art.
Create something personal you’ll cherish for years to come! We welcome solo dates and friend groups alike.
All tools, materials, and kiln firing are included. Finished pieces will be available for pickup or shipping (please enquire about up-to-date shipping rates) approximately 5-10 business days.
🧰 About the Studio
This workshop requires a signed safety waiver. We’ll send it to registered attendees a few days before class.
As a specialty art studio, we take safety seriously. For this event, we have dedicated workstations for handling glass powders and you’ll be guided every step of the way by a glass art instructor. (You’re welcome to review our general safety guidelines on our website.)
