What happens to our jobs after AGI
We've heard plenty about what AI can do. The harder question is what comes next: what happens to the work we do.
Developers, marketers and people running teams all face the same question from different vantage points. This evening brings those views into one room.
Bloom, an AI early-adopter community, Dev Korea, where locals and internationals working in tech gather, and Madhav Mistry, who runs AI and content gatherings across several countries, are hosting together for the first time. Each host puts up one speaker, and the rest of the evening is open networking. Roughly half Koreans, half internationals working in Korea.
Uncommon Gallery is supporting the venue and Genspark is covering food and beverage.

🌏 A global room in Seoul
Half this room will be people who came to Korea from somewhere else. AI reshapes work at a different speed, and in a different shape, in every country. This is a chance to hear that difference from the person next to you.
English will be spoken a lot. That doesn't mean you need to speak it well. Korean is spoken too, and most people in the room will be speaking their second or third language. Tell us on the form which language you prefer and we'll keep it in mind.

Bloom · Why global AI brands try to break out in Korea first · Chanyoung (Chandler) Ryu (Co-founder and CEO, Feed Media)
Chandler is building Feed Media, which helps global tech brands go viral in Korea. The agency specializes in social marketing for AI products and AI companies, and works with overseas AI companies entering the Korean market.
He spent ten years in Israel and four in Germany, then studied computer science at KAIST. He worked as a software engineer at VESSL AI and spent three years on product at Korea's largest creator marketing platform. He has been on both the building side and the telling side.
He also runs @chandlerintelligence, an English-language account on AI and content. His talk covers how overseas AI brands approach the Korean market, and what making content with AI actually looks like in practice.
Dev Korea · AI: the fixed origins, current trends, and how developers can adapt · K Choi (AI/ML Engineer, eMoldino)
All LLM models from chatgpt to Claude Fable 5 today are based on the Transformer Architecture that is non-deterministic and can hallucinate, so devs can adapt by accelerating their path to seniors and building fundamentals that are amplified by coding agents and cannot be replaced by LLMs.
K Choi is an AI Engineer at an international startup in Gangnam, South Korea. He also runs freeCodeCamp Korea meetups on Sundays to foster an international community of developers both online and offline welcoming even self-taught devs and beginners.
He grew up in Texas in elementary school, Singapore in middle school, Dubai in high school, and got his associate's degree in Canada. After dropping out of a Korean University he taught himself to code through the freeCodeCamp community and has never stopped learning, coding and doing his best to support people forging their own path.
In his free time, he raps and performs under the stage name "Helix" in various venues in Itaewon and the general Korean hip hop underground scene.

Bloom is an AI early-adopter community in Seoul. Since April it has run over thirty meetups with 2,800+ on Discord, working with Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake and Genspark among others.

개발자에게도, 마케터에게도, 조직을 이끄는 사람에게도 같은 질문이 옵니다. 서 있는 자리가 달라 보이는 풍경도 다릅니다. 이날은 그 이야기를 한자리에 모읍니다.
AI 얼리어답터 커뮤니티 Bloom, 국내외 테크 커뮤니티 Dev Korea, 그리고 여러 나라에서 AI와 콘텐츠 모임을 열어 온 Madhav Mistry가 처음으로 함께 엽니다. 세 주최자가 각자 한 명씩 연사를 세우고, 발표가 끝나면 자유롭게 네트워킹합니다. 한국인과 한국에서 일하는 외국인이 반반쯤 섞이는 자리입니다.

찬영 님은 글로벌 테크 브랜드가 한국에서 바이럴이 되도록 돕는 Feed Media를 만들고 있습니다. AI 제품과 AI 기업에 특화된 SNS 마케팅을 하며, 해외 AI 기업들의 한국 진출 마케팅을 맡고 있습니다.
이스라엘에서 10년, 독일에서 4년을 보내고 KAIST에서 컴퓨터공학을 전공했습니다. VESSL AI에서 소프트웨어 엔지니어로 일했고, 국내 최대 크리에이터 마케팅 플랫폼에서 3년간 프로덕트를 맡았습니다. 만드는 쪽과 알리는 쪽을 모두 지나온 셈입니다.
