Brain-Smart Energy is a 90-minute interactive workshop about understanding how your brain actually manages focus, decisions and recovery, so you can structure your day in a way that supports your energy instead of draining it.
We’ll look at attention, context switching, decision fatigue, natural energy rhythms and the different “domains” of energy (physical, mental, emotional and meaning). This isn’t about doing more, but about doing things at the right time, in the right way, for the way you function.
In this session, we’ll explore:
How your attention really works and why constant switching is so exhausting
The moments of the day when your brain is naturally better at deep work, admin tasks or connection
The small habits and boundaries that protect your mental energy
Simple, brain-friendly ways to reset between meetings and roles
You’ll leave with:
A clearer picture of your personal energy and focus patterns
A simple map of which tasks fit best in which moments of your day
1–2 realistic “brain-smart” experiments you can test in the next weeks
