Care, Power, & Political Imagination
What do we owe one another as neighbors, residents, and caretakers of a city we share?
Join us for an evening with two of Cambridge’s City Councilors as they gather with the community for a conversation grounded in lived experience. Beginning with a brief reflection, the night will open into a longer, intimate exchange on how decisions are made, how trust is built, and how we imagine a city shaped by mutual obligation rather than individual interest.
Sumbul Siddiqui is an attorney and the newly elected Mayor of Cambridge. Ayah Al-Zubi is a and recent Harvard graduate. Together, they bring perspectives shaped by service, learning, and a deep commitment to Cambridge and its people.
Come with curiosity.
