本活動採 Luma QR code 電子報到。完成報名並通過審核後，QR code 將寄送至您於 Luma 登記的電子信箱，亦可於 Luma App 的活動票券中查看。
當日請於報到處出示 QR code 供現場掃碼確認，即可入場。
入場憑證採實名制，僅限本人使用，恕不開放轉讓或代為入場。

報名本活動即表示您已閱讀並同意下列條款：
邀請制與實名入場：本活動為私人邀請制，入場資格僅限受邀本人，不得轉讓、轉售或由他人代為出席；報到時主辦單位保留要求出示身分證明之權利。
入場與報到：酒會於活動時間內開放自由入場，您可依個人行程彈性安排到場時間。建議於酒會前段抵達，更能從容把握完整的交流時光。
酒精飲品：本活動提供酒精飲品，僅供年滿 18 歲之賓客飲用。敬請理性飲酒，切勿酒後駕車，並建議搭乘大眾運輸或預約計程車返程。
肖像權與影像授權：活動現場將進行攝影與錄影，並可能用於主辦單位及合作單位之活動紀錄、新聞發布、社群與行銷宣傳。出席本活動即視為同意上述影像之拍攝與使用；如有不便入鏡之需求，請於現場主動告知工作人員。

After four decades of growth and refinement, Taiwan's venture capital industry stands at a new beginning. Held under the theme "BEYOND," the 2026 Taiwan Venture Capital & Private Equity Summit looks past existing borders, turning the industry's accumulated momentum into cross-border influence.
When the day's sessions come to a close, the most meaningful conversations are just getting started. This Cocktail Party is a private gathering created exclusively for Summit guests — a space where, over a drink and a good conversation, the people shaping the next generation of capital and innovation in Taiwan come together.
Partners, speakers, startup showcase teams, and members of the VC and PE associations will all be in the room, carrying the insights and energy sparked on stage into a more relaxed and in-depth evening of exchange.

To maintain the quality and composition of the guest list, all registrations are subject to the organiser's approval. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation along with your personal entry QR code.
Capacity is limited and registration will close early once we reach the maximum. We encourage you to register early.
Entry
This event uses Luma QR code check-in. Once your registration is approved, your QR code will be sent to the email address registered with Luma and can also be found in your event ticket within the Luma app.
Please present your QR code at the check-in desk on the day for a quick scan to enter.
Entry passes are issued under the guest's name, are valid for the named guest only, and are non-transferable.

By invitation, named entry only: This is a private, invitation-only event. Admission is limited to the invited guest in person; invitations may not be transferred, resold, or used on someone else's behalf. The organiser reserves the right to request proof of identity at check-in.
Arrival & check-in: Guests are welcome to arrive at any time during the event. Feel free to plan your arrival around your own schedule; arriving earlier in the evening will simply give you more time to enjoy the full experience.
Alcoholic beverages: Alcoholic drinks are served at this event and are available only to guests aged 18 and over. Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive; we recommend using public transport or a pre-booked taxi for your return journey.
Photography & media consent: The event will be photographed and filmed, and such material may be used in the organiser's and partners' event records, press releases, social media, and marketing communications. By attending, you consent to such filming and use of your image. If you prefer not to appear on camera, please let a member of staff know on site.
Use of personal data: Personal information you provide will be used solely for registration review, communication, check-in, and related follow-up for this event. The organiser will safeguard it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not use it for any other purpose.
Conduct on site: Please help us maintain a professional and welcoming environment. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or ask to leave, any guest engaging in inappropriate behaviour, without refund or compensation.
