About Event
House of Afro is stepping into Haiti! 🇭🇹🔥
Join Mz. Emedi for a high-energy Afro-dance fitness experience inspired by the infectious rhythms and movement of Haitian Kompa. We’re bringing the cardio, the culture, the vibes, and of course—the SWEAT.
No dance experience needed and two left feet are always welcome. We break everything down step-by-step so you can move at your own pace, learn something new, and have a GOOD time doing it.
Come ready to sweat, whine, move, and step through the continent & diaspora with us. 🌍🇭🇹
