This workshop covers how to treat your ecosystem as a go-to-market channel: how to build and activate the right relationships, structure partnerships that drive distribution, and turn community into growth. Expect a 30 minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.

​About the Speaker

​This workshop will be led by Alysha Malik, a 2x founder, angel investor, Techstars mentor, and former Head of Platform who specializes in ecosystem building, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. Having worked across startups, venture capital, consumer brands, and government-backed innovation ecosystems, she helps founders turn relationships, community, and partnerships into engines for distribution and growth.
