AI Agent-Led Growth for PLG teams
AI agents are the next big lever for product-led growth. This session is about how Growth and PLG teams can put them to work: embedding agents in your product to drive onboarding, activation, and retention; getting your product discovered and used by third-party agents like Claude acting on a person's behalf; and designing the collaboration between users and agents inside your product, with the roles, handoffs, trust, and rituals that turn AI from a tool into a teammate.
Join Ken Rudin and Kursat Ozenc for a 45-minute practitioner conversation for founders, PMs, designers, and growth operators.
You'll leave with
A clear picture of what changes (and what doesn't) in the classic PLG playbook when agents enter the product journey
Patterns for agents that pull users to value faster: onboarding, activation, habit formation, and expansion loops
A lens on agent distribution: what makes a product discoverable, selectable, and usable by third-party agents like Claude, and why this is the new SEO
Design principles for human-agent collaboration inside your product: roles, handoffs, trust, and the rituals that make working with agents feel natural instead of foreign
