The Art of The Race — RECORD × BRC with Nathan Walker
A celebration of New York, the marathon, and the art it inspires. Join RECORD and Brooklyn Running Company for an evening with Nathan Walker—his artwork, the stories behind it, and good company.
Inspired by the New York City Marathon, Nathan’s artwork brings the city’s characters, color and sporting energy onto paper. Hand-screen-printed in Brooklyn, the edition is limited to 250 signed and numbered prints.
See the work up close, hear Nathan talk through the ideas behind it in a short conversation and Q&A, and spend the rest of the evening catching up with friends and meeting new people.
Prints will be available to purchase, with Nathan signing the first 50 on-site purchases in person—first come, first served.
Join the run at 6:30 pm, followed by post-run refreshments courtesy of LMNT, or come straight to the store at 7:00 pm.
Runners, supporters and art lovers are all welcome. Bring a friend who loves New York.
