How People teams choose the AI use cases worth backing. Jeet shares the consequence and frequency grid that Kinfolk uses to decide where AI should act, where it should prepare, and where a person stays in charge.

10:40 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. | Workshop: From HR Tech Trends to Practical AI Implementation: A Comprehensive Strategy Workshop (by Marsh)
Learn how emerging AI is reshaping HR technology and what it means for your organization.
Tammy Gray, Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits, opens the session and introduces Steven Hansen.
Steven Hansen, National Practice Leader, HR Technology Center of Excellence, spends 30 minutes on the innovations driving HR technology. He'll cover why a strong data infrastructure lets organizations get real value from large language models, and why critical thinking has become the new talent currency.
Steven then introduces Eric Brown, HR Consulting Services Manager. Eric spends 30 minutes on practical AI tools and strategies you can put to work right away, including faster hiring, smarter workforce planning and scalable employee support, and how to manage bias, compliance and trust along the way.
The last 30 minutes are an interactive Q&A and an activity at your table.
