About Event

Are you an academic trainee (Post-doc/PhD/MBA/MD/JD) interested in building a life sciences startup?

Nucleate NY is looking for passionate biotech founders tackling the biggest challenges in human health and sustainability.

Join us to learn more about our Activator program as well as an introduction to resources and services that Alexandria LaunchLabs, CUIMC, is providing for the NYC biotech ecosystem.

Elsy El Khoury (they/them/theirs), postdoc researcher at Columbia University, Department of Chemistry, and executive lead of Nanovib, a pre-seed stage startup company that specializes in particle analysis with chemical specificity and nano sensitivity. Nanovib is a Nucleate Activator 2025 finalist and the Millipore Sigma High Impact award recipient at Nucleate NY 2025 Forum.
Aykut Aksit is the co-founder and CEO of Haystack Medical, a Columbia University spin-out developing microneedle technology to transform treatment for hearing loss and balance disorders.
