We’re back for round two ✨
This special edition of Pilates & Powerlifting will dive deeper into the compound lifts, with a bigger focus on technique, efficiency, and longevity.
Even more special: I’ll be joined by a guest coach who has competed in powerlifting both nationally and internationally, bringing a ton of real-world experience and knowledge to this session. I cannot wait to share this with you.
What to expect
This unique workshop blends the mindful control of Pilates with the raw strength of Powerlifting, making it accessible and valuable for every body.
First 45 minutes – Pilates
We’ll focus on:
Breathing techniques to support heavy lifting
Deep core engagement and pelvic stability
Mobility to move better under load
Full-body activation to prep your nervous system and joints
Second 45 minutes or more – Powerlifting
We’ll apply everything directly to the big three:
Squat
Bench Press
Deadlift
You’ll receive hands-on coaching, cues, and practical tips to:
Improve form and confidence
Lift more efficiently
Reduce injury risk
Build strength that actually lasts
This workshop is perfect if you:
Love Pilates or Powerlifting and want to understand the other
Are a beginner in either (or both!)
Train regularly and want to refine your technique
