Build Nights w/ Special Guest Rich Fischer

​This Build Night, we’re welcoming a special guest Rich Fischer! Rich brings more than 35 years of experience in insurance into the world of product management and innovation. Although my training his actuarial, he quickly transitioned into insurance product leadership, including the development of core and embedded insurance products. Over the past 15 years, he has been deeply involved in innovation environments—helping to design and test more than 100 new product ideas, leading MVP development efforts, and successfully bringing five products to market, with one reaching meaningful scale.

​Message from Rich: Innovation is not easy. I’ve experienced the setbacks, pivots, and learning curves that come with building something new. Yet it’s precisely that environment of testing, building, and learning that energizes me and ultimately led me to co-found PayParachute. My approach is simple: keep experimenting, keep refining, and keep learning.
