About Event
Tech moves fast. But not everyone's starting from the same place — and that reality rarely gets talked about openly.
This meetup is designed to change that. We're creating a safe, honest space for women, people of colour, and other underrepresented folks in tech to share:
• The real challenges and fears they face.
• Strategies that have actually worked for them
• What allies and colleagues outside marginalised groups can do to genuinely help
We'll do this through a panel format -with real stories, real talk, and real takeaways.
