Generalyst | Office Hours x Micro AGI
Currently, all artificial intelligence is based on … words. It’s a large language model, after all.
But what if you trained AI on spatial intelligence? Like, used similar neural networks and transformers to give it three-dimensional data?
That’s embodied AI: an AI that doesn’t just think, but physically acts. And Micro AGI builds it.
A few tidbits:
They launched the company in September. (Not crazy.)
They raised a 7M pre-seed round. (Crazy.)
They currently have 11 people, all technical. (Kinda crazy.)
They have physical sensors that they pay people in Bulgaria and Turkey to walk around with to train their AI. (Kinda cool.)
They’re now hiring for a Founder’s Associate. (Cool.)
With Generalyst. (Very cool.)
Bercan Kilic, founder & CEO, will pitch the company on Thursday. Because he desperately needs a commercial first hire that takes on all of the back office work: admin, HR, payroll, grants, and everything else that comes on. Doesn’t sound super enticing, but I think it’ll be – because I’ve rarely spoken to a company growing THAT fast. It’s a rocketship. Get on.
