​About our Host:

​Sara Wong brings over a decade of experience in People Operations, guiding startups from Seed through Series D.

As the first HR hire at four organizations, she has built scalable HR programs from the ground up and supported teams through periods of innovation and hypergrowth.

Her expertise spans systems integration, performance management, compensation, and organizational design, always with a focus on fostering people-centered cultures.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys exploring new destinations, playing board games with friends, and practicing pilates.
