​Napa Valley Day Trip

​Escape the city for a curated Napa Valley day trip filled with wine, great food, and good company. We’ll travel together by private bus, enjoy a premium tasting at Duckhorn Vineyards, share a group lunch, and end the afternoon relaxing poolside before heading back to San Francisco.

​Itinerary

• ​9:00 AM – Depart San Francisco
  Private charter bus pickup from a central SF location

• ​10:30 AM – Duckhorn Vineyards Private Tasting (St. Helena)

  • ​Guided private tasting of five premium wines from the Duckhorn portfolio

  • ​Individual cheese & charcuterie plates for each guest

  • ​Led by a dedicated Wine Specialist in a tranquil setting

  • ​Duration: ~90 minutes

• ​12:45 PM – Group Lunch
  Dining experience in Napa Valley. Final location and details will be confirmed soon.

• ​2:30 – 4:30 PM – Poolside Gathering @ Seamus McAteer’s
  A casual, laid-back afternoon by the pool. Light snacks, beers, and wines provided.

• ​4:30 PM – Depart Napa Valley

• ​6:00 PM – Return to San Francisco

​Budget per Person: ~$395 (inclusive of transportation, tastings, meals, and gratuities).

​All ticket sales are final; no cancellations are permitted. However, you may transfer your ticket to another PEF member.
