For this special event, Matt from the Fort Collins Coffee Collective and Jacob from Airworks will brew and present coffees side by side, guiding you through flavors, origins, and processes.

This guided tasting is designed for both coffee lovers and curious newcomers. We’ll explore a wide range of origins and processing styles, from clean and delicate to bold and expressive, while sharing stories behind each coffee and how we approach brewing them.

We’re Airworks Coffee, a Seattle based coffee platform sourcing rare, light roasted coffees from micro roasters around the world. Through tastings, cuppings, and slow bars, we create spaces to explore coffee thoughtfully, one cup at a time.
