Founder Build Day
A half-day of peer coaching and expert-led workshops for founders who are actively building.
Building a company can be lonely, and most founder events don't help much: you get a few talks, some small talk, and business cards you never follow up on. Founder Workshops is set up differently. You'll work through your real problems in small peer groups, learn from experts in hands-on sessions, pitch or give feedback in a live teardown, and leave having met 50 founders who understand what you're dealing with.

11:30 – 12:00 | Arrival: Grab a nametag and settle in.

12:00 – 12:15 | Sponsor intros
12:15 – 12:50 | Attendee intros: One minute each. Share your business, stage, current problem, and the opportunity ahead.
12:50 – 1:00 | Break
1:00 – 1:50 | Mastermind Pods: Groups of 5, about 10 minutes per person.
1:50 – 2:00 | Break
2:00 – 2:50 | Expert Workshops: Two sessions run at the same time. Pick the one that fits what you're building.

3:00 – 3:30 | Pitch Lab: Live pitches, followed by a group teardown.
3:30 – 3:40 | Break
3:40 – 4:30 | Power Hour: The Entrepreneur Identity.
