Dmitro “Dimi” Khroma is a creative entrepreneur, engineer, and facilitator exploring leadership, creativity, and authenticity.
Former CTO & co-founder of Swytch Bike — a startup that grew to 75 employees and £20 million in annual revenue — Dimi now helps founders build from alignment rather than burnout.
He blends startup experience, embodied facilitation, and heart-led presence to create spaces where entrepreneurs connect deeply, think clearly, and lead with purpose.
