Mamta brings generational knowledge passed down through her Indian Roots. She completed her professional Ayurveda Therapist training under Dr. Kalyani Nagersheth, a renowned Ayurvedic Doctor in Frankfurt & Part of the Rosenberg Insitute in Bierstein.
Her holistic approach also draws from her certification as a Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher and as a certified Art Therapy Coach.
