学生が主体となってグローバルイベントを企画・運営し、同世代へ「挑戦のきっかけ」を広げるプログラムである”ITAMAEプロジェクト第3期”が始動。
その第1弾として「TIB Entrepreneurship Day “WASABI” #1」を開催します！
当日は、
ITAMAE 3期の活動概要及びメンバー自己紹介。ITAMAEプロジェクトを通して何を達成しようとしているのか、それぞれの言葉でお話しします。
北欧派遣プログラムに選抜された学生達による報告会。彼らが何を学びどのようなアクションプランを描いたかお話しするとともに、北欧最大級のスタートアップイベント『Slush』の参加を通して、フィンランドと日本のスタートアップエコシステム形成の背景をとらえながら、日本だからこそできることをキーメッセージとしてパネルディスカッション方式で語ります。
異なるキャリアを歩んでいく ITAMAE アルムナイ（OB・OG）３名によるパネルディスカッション。彼らがどのような人生を歩んできたか、過去・現在・未来の3つの軸から何をITAMAEで得て、今に至るのかお話しします。
SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 学生ボランティアに関する特別説明会。今年のボランティアならではで経験ができること、得られることについてお話しします。
同世代のつながりを広げる、参加者とITAMAEの交流会。ITAMAEの活動に対する質問だけではなく、ボランティアの詳細など直接聞くことができる貴重な場です。
…と、“学生が世界に踏み出す瞬間”を体感できる濃密な3時間。グローバル・起業・イノベーションに興味がある学生にとって、貴重な学びと出会いの場になるはず。

株式会社サイエンスアーツ(東証4412)管理本部経営企画部所属。学生向けのマーケティング業務を中心に、新規事業や広報等幅広く担当。NPO法人2社で理事を務め、中高生のキャリア選択の支援に従事。
■ 倉本花連（ITAMAE 1期）
所属
慶應義塾大学 総合政策学部 4年生
プロフィール
「持続的な社会課題解決の方法を探ること」を軸に、ベンチャーから大手企業、さらには海外まで幅広いインターンに挑戦。安宅和人研究会所属。3年次にはアメリカのウィスコンシン大学マディソン校へ交換留学。
■ 貝貫 亘（ITAMAE 2期）

東京学芸大学 教育学部 3年生
プロフィール
幼少期にアメリカ・上海で過ごし、多文化環境で育つ。
帰国後は公立中を経てオーストラリアへ再渡航し、Killarney Heights Highschool を卒業。
2023年に東京学芸大学へ進学。
2024年7月に株式会社STUWARDを創業（英会話教室事業）。多摩信用金庫主催「LEVEL UP STAGE 2024」セミファイナリスト。
2025年1月からSusHi Tech Tokyo 2025 学生チームITAMAE コアメンバーとして活動。同年5月、国分寺市子ども・子育て会議委員に現役学生として異例の選出。7月には東京学芸大学起業部を設立。英会話事業・市政参画・学生組織設立など、多領域で活動中。
■ 内山 慶人（ITAMAE 2期）

プロフィール
幼少期をアメリカ・韓国で過ごし高校で日本に帰国。上智大学に進学後、Apple Japan, Endeavor Japan, NEXT81にてインターンを経験。ITAMAE 2期ではSession チームの一員として、SusHi Tech Tokyo2025でのセッションの企画から実行を担当。合同会社心動 創立者。
ITAMAEとは？
「Innovative Technology Academic MAEstro」
「ITAMAE」（＝板前）という名称は、「SusHi Tech Tokyo」（＝寿司）を創り上げる存在にちなんで名付けられました。
ITAMAEプロジェクトは、「自分の経験や強みを活かして、何か新しいことに挑戦したい」という熱い思いを持つ学生が中心となり、Tokyo Innovation Baseを舞台に切磋琢磨しながらSusHi Tech Tokyoを活用したグローバル企画を開催するメンバーと、SusHi Tech Tokyoの当日運営を支えるボランティアによるプロジェクトです。

The 3rd ITAMAE project— a student-driven initiative that plans and executes global-scale events, inspiring peers and expanding their interest in entrepreneurship and the broader world.
As our first milestone event, we are hosting TIB Entrepreneurship Day “WASABI” #1.
This event includes these sessions below,
An introduction to ITAMAE’s vision, greetings, and aspirations from the 3rd ITAMAE planning members and Self-introduction. Each member will share what they want to achieve through the ITAMAE project.
Report Session by Selected Students Who Joined Nordic Dispatch Program. In this session, the selected students will share what they learned and what future action plan they have developed through their participation in the program. They will also discuss their experience attending “Slush”, the largest startup event in the Nordics, and highlight the differences between Nordic and Japanese startup ecosystem. Through panel discussion, they will explore what unique opportunities exist in Japan and share key messages with the participants.
Panel Discussion with Three ITAMAE Alumni (OB・OG) Pursuing Diverse Career Paths. From perspectives of past, present, and future, the alumni will talk about career journeys and future aspirations, sharing how their involvement in ITAMAE projects has influenced their career paths.
Special Briefing: Recruitment for SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 Student Volunteers. We will explain what you can experience and gain as a volunteer this year.
Volunteer Q&A Session & Networking with Participants × 3rd ITAMAE Planning Members. This is a valuable opportunity not only to ask questions about ITAMAE's activities, but also to hear directly about the details of volunteering.
This action-packed, three-hour event is designed to let you experience the "moment when students step out into the world." It will be a valuable opportunity for learning and networking for students interested in global entrepreneurship and innovation.

He works in corporate planning at Science Arts Inc., where he is involved in various engaging in a wide range of areas including student marketing, new business development, and public relations.
He also serves as a board member at two NPOs, where he supports career development for junior high and high school students.
■ Karen Kuramoto (1st ITAMAE member)

4th year, Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University
Profile
I focus on exploring sustainable approaches to social problem-solving, gaining experience across startups, major corporations, and international environments. At Keio University, I am part of the Kazuto Ataka Lab, where I study interdisciplinary methods for long-term societal value creation. In my third year, I studied abroad at University of Wisconsin–Madison to deepen my understanding of how business and policy can address complex social challenges.
■ Wataru Kainuki (2nd ITAMAE member)

Profile
Raised in multicultural environments in the United States and Shanghai during his childhood, Wataru later returned to Japan before moving again to Australia, where he graduated from Killarney Heights High School.
He entered Tokyo Gakugei University in 2023 and founded STUWARD Inc. in July 2024, launching an English conversation school business. He was selected as a semifinalist for LEVEL UP STAGE 2024 hosted by Tama Shinkin Bank.
From January 2025, he had been engaged with 2nd ITAMAE core student member in the SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025. In May, he became an exceptionally rare current-student appointee to the Kokubunji City Council for Children and Child-Rearing. In July, he founded the entrepreneurship club at Tokyo Gakugei University.
He is active across multiple fields, including education, civic engagement, and student organization leadership.
■ Keito Uchiyama (2nd ITAMAE member)
Affiliation
Co-founder of Shindo LLC: Supporting traditional Japanese craft business
Profile
He spent his childhood in the United States and Korea before returning to Japan in high school. After entering Sophia University, he interned at Apple Japan, Endeavor Japan, and NEXT81. As a member of the Session team in the 2nd ITAMAE project, he was responsible for planning and executing the sessions at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025. He is the co-founder of Shindo LLC.
■What is ITAMAE?
ITAMAE is a project to organize a global event at Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB) in SusHi Tech Tokyo. The event features students with a strong desire to "leverage their experiences and strengths to take on new challenges" fostering collaboration and growth through the “SusHi Tech Tokyo” platform.
*The name “ITAMAE ” (meaning sushi chef) is inspired by the concept of“ SusHi Tech Tokyo ” (sushi).
