11/22 Hands On Workshop Water Cycle Restoration: Contour Swales & Spillways

​Join us for a practical workshop exploring contour swale design and earthwork. We’ll use a laser level and hand tools to fine-tune an existing swale and learn how subtle grade changes can slow, guide, and safely distribute water across the landscape.

​Depending on conditions, we may also explore spillway design and rock armoring to strengthen water flow and durability.

​You’ll gain hands-on skills you can take home and apply on your own land, farm, garden, or community.
