Planetary Sunshade Foundation - annual update

​What has the Planetary Sunshade Foundation accomplished in 2025? Join us for an annual update and discussion of how to advance our work in the year ahead.

​In 2025, we embarked on our work for the UK's ARIA grant, working with 4 engineering teams and a climate modeling team to connect actual implementations of sunshades with projected climate impacts. That work is ongoing, but we'll share an interim update.

​Our network is growing! Our increased activity has taken us to speak at conferences and visit with collaborators around Europe and the US. We'll share learnings from those visits, and preview some of the schedule for the year ahead.
