Coding for Non-Coders
Coding websites and apps is suddenly possible for non-technical people.
AI is incredible for many reasons, but this is one that surprised me. I’ve dabbled in programming my whole life and it never really clicked. With ChatGPT, something changed. I now spend most of my free time building small tools and solving “software-shaped problems” in my personal and professional life.
This session is for beginners. You’ve used AI mostly through chat, and you have the sense there’s more there.
We’ll run a structured exercise where you build a simple personal or professional website reflecting your brand or services. No coding experience needed.
What you’ll need:
Computer to work from;
Free account on V0 for building your first prototype;
Free account on GitHub to save your code;
Free account on Vercel to publish your site;
If you want to go further: Paid account on V0, Claude or ChatGPT.
Those who want can download their prototype site and run it locally with Claude Code or OpenAI Codex during the session.
What to expect:
You’ll go from “using AI” to “building with AI” in one session.
We’ll work fast, in short cycles, and focus on getting something live rather than perfect.
Homework:
Register free accounts on V0, GitHub and Vercel.
Review our guide on Coding for Non-Coders, where you will learn about the concepts we'll be covering.
Optional: join the Coding Club group in the Envisioning WhatsApp Community.
Participant feedback from previous sessions:
It was a great introduction! I am motivated to continue the exploration.
Phenomenal return on time invested.
You make it safe to be brave in using AI technology as an absolutely not technical creative!
