Building Products: Starting Right w/ Techies

Business decisions shape architecture. Architecture shapes what the business can do.

When you’re building a product, knowing just one side isn’t enough anymore.

As a solo builder, founder, PM or technical lead, you’re constantly making decisions across product, business and engineering.

How much should you build for the MVP? Where can you take shortcuts? And which decisions might come back to bite you later?

Join us and explore those tradeoffs together.

We'll take a simple product scenario and work through it from both the business and technical POV. Compare approaches with others, challenge assumptions, and see how different decisions shape both the product and the architecture behind it.

Note: Please grab a light bite before coming as refreshments won't be provided. We do, however, have a strong supper / late-dinner culture. Feel free to join us afterwards!
