Jerome Penafort began his career in real estate and finance, but a turning point came when his father invested in a chocolate manufacturing business - sparking a deep curiosity and passion for the craft.
In 2020, Jerome founded Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie, focused on producing handcrafted chocolates using sustainably sourced Asian cacao.
Join us as Jerome shares his personal journey, the pivots he made along the way, and what he’s most excited about in the year ahead.
