​Who needs a runway? The JP1 is a two-seat hybrid-electric eVTOL: a personal aircraft that takes off vertically and flies two full hours with two people on board. Come see it up close in the hangar at Jet Aviation Scottsdale.

​Not a pilot? Come anyway

​Most people have never seen an aircraft like this, pilots included. The JP1 was designed to be far easier to fly than a helicopter, so non-pilots are exactly who we want to meet. Flying one takes a pilot certificate, and the team will walk you through how to get there.

​What the JP1 can do

• ​Two hours in the air. Refuel like a car.

• ​Scottsdale to Sedona in about 70 minutes one way, against 2.5 hours by road on a weekend

• ​8 rotors and a whole-airframe parachute

• ​The autopilot flies. You decide where.

• ​Folds to 8 feet. Tow it home. No hangar.

​Arizona is home

​The JP1 will be assembled in Arizona, and the only one in the United States sits in this hangar today. We are proud to bring advanced air mobility to a state that has built aircraft for decades.

• ​A 20-minute guided walkaround with the team

• ​Sit in the cockpit, bring a camera

• ​Ask anything: certification, ownership, price, delivery

• ​Plan for about an hour
