Clay is one of the most exciting GTM tools on the market today, and we wanted to create a space where women exploring this new wave of marketing and growth could learn together more openly.
This is the first-ever women-focused Clay Club in New Delhi, designed for marketers who are bullish on Clay or simply Clay-curious.
We started this because networking in tech / GTM can often feel transactional or intimidating. We wanted to create something different: a thoughtful, high-signal room where women and LGBTQ+ folks in marketing can connect, exchange ideas, learn practical workflows, and build genuine community.

Siya leads Clay Clubs and global community initiatives at Clay, helping foster a thriving community of GTM practitioners and operators around the world. Before joining Clay full-time, she led outbound motions in the agency space and managed stand-up comics, bringing a unique blend of growth, storytelling, and community-building into everything she does.
