Leadership vs. Management: Busting the Myth
You've heard it a hundred times: managers do things right, leaders do the right things. It's a tidy distinction that mostly gets in your way.
In this session, we'll take apart the leadership/management binary and look at what the job actually requires — which is usually both, at the same time, often in the same five minutes.
This is for you if:
You've been told to "be more strategic" without anyone explaining what that means day to day
You manage people and still feel like an imposter when someone calls you a "leader"
You're tired of frameworks that sound good in a keynote and fall apart on a Tuesday
Not for you if:
You're looking for a tidy 2x2 matrix to hang on your wall
You already have this fully figured out
Come with a real situation from your week. We'll use it!
