ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Karn Malhotra has spent more than two decades closing the gap between what people know and what the world sees of them.
In 2004 he founded Exit Design, a B2B branding firm that worked with organisations including 3M, Decathlon, Accenture and Tata Motors over 17 years. In 2015 he built Outlined, an AI design automation company that pitched at Web Summit, earned industry recognition and early customers, and taught him hard lessons in positioning and market education before it wound down six years later. He then moved to the client side as Head of Marketing at venture-backed Talent500 and Neol, working closely with founders and leadership to align brand with business outcomes.
Today, through Humanly, Karn helps founders and leaders build personal narratives that earn trust with the people who matter most. He also runs Poai, an AI community in Goa, and is India Lead for Asia Startup Network, connecting founders and investors across Southeast Asia.
