Thrive with ADHD: Harness Strengths And Build Skills as an Adult with ADHD with Jessica Eiseman, MS, LPC-S
Living with ADHD as an adult can feel overwhelming—but it also comes with unique strengths you can learn to harness.
Most ADHD resources focus on kids and teens, leaving adults feeling overlooked or on their own.
Yet navigating ADHD as an adult comes with its own realities, from managing work and relationships to finding a sense of calm and confidence. Alongside the challenges, ADHD also brings creativity, problem-solving, and fresh ways of thinking that deserve to be celebrated.
This free MHM Community Event is your chance to bring your questions about ADHD to a licensed therapist in a safe, supportive space — and to learn new strategies you can actually use in daily life.
In this session, you’ll explore:
The realities of adult ADHD, how it shows up differently than in childhood, and misconceptions that get in the way of harnessing its strengths.
Practical tools to simplify everyday life, lower stress, and create calm.
Tips for navigating relationships and communication so you can reduce misunderstandings and build stronger connections.
A live Q&A with a therapist; ask questions and hear what others are curious about too.
You’ll leave with new insights and practical strategies to feel more grounded, capable, and confident, as well as the reassurance that you’re not alone in navigating life as an adult with ADHD.
This event is 90 minutes long, with cameras on. Participants are encouraged to introduce themselves (first names only), and share as they feel comfortable.
