Lynne Williams is the Executive Director of the Great Careers Network, which provides career development &networking for career transition (job seekers) & career management (employed & self-employed). The 501(c)3 nonprofit held the number one spot for Business Networking Associations in the Philadelphia Business Journal’’s Book of Lists for 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023.
Lynne writes resumes, LinkedIn profiles, & LinkedIn company pages focusing on keywords. She provides LinkedIn & career topic training to share tips, strategies, & best practices & was listed as one of the top 15 LinkedIn experts in Philadelphia in 2023 & worldwide on the LinkedIn Index Experts International list in 2022/2023 and 2024.
In 2016, she wrote a chapter in a book with Dick Bolles, author of What Color is Your Parachute? Her chapter was titled “Applying for Positions,” which focused on the ATS. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation on the topic of LinkedIn for Job Seekers.
