Bill Padfield
CEO, Salamander Advisory Services
Bill is a seasoned global executive with nearly three decades of experience in Singapore, notably serving as a board member for NTT, Inc. and SEVP of Transformation and Platform Services at NTT Ltd. His deep leadership background includes roles as Global COO of Dimension Data and CEO of SGX-listed Datacraft Asia, as well as a key position on the team that took Equant through a successful global IPO. Today, Bill leads Salamander Advisory, where he uses his extensive expertise to help technology companies scale. He also serves as an advisor to Wavemaker Partners and holds several non-executive director roles across the region.
