What should Cardano governance improve first?
After the Beyond MVG recommendation and prioritization workshop series, the conversation is now shifting from identifying governance issues toward reviewing and prioritizing the strongest recommendations emerging from the community. Topics include governance concentration, DRep sustainability, SPO participation, governance discoverability, coordination, tooling, and reducing governance friction.
This is an open workshop designed for discussion, feedback, and critical review before recommendations move further into the State of Governance process.
