Claude for Data Practitioners.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hosting our first-ever Claude for Data Practitioners, a community event for data engineers, analysts, and analytics engineers in Singapore.
Why This Event:
AI is transforming data roles; how we build data pipelines, how we write and optimise SQL, how we test, document, and govern our data systems. The tools are evolving fast, and practitioners need a space to cut through the noise and see what actually works.
This event brings together the local data community to explore how Claude and AI-assisted workflows are being applied to real data problems today.
Who This Is For:
A data engineer, analytics engineer, or data analyst working in startups or growth-stage companies
Building or maintaining data pipelines, models, or dashboards
Looking to connect with peers who are experimenting with similar tools and patterns
What to Expect:
Rather than broad thought leadership or promotional talks, this meetup will centre on concrete demos, workflows, and implementation lessons from practitioners actively building in the space. Topics like:
Agentic workflows for ETL and analytics
AI-assisted SQL generation, debugging, and optimisation
Using Claude for data pipeline development and testing
Automating data quality checks and documentation
Orchestrating LLMs within modern data stacks
This will be an opportunity to learn from peers, exchange ideas, and connect with others building at the intersection of data and AI.
Speaker Call:
We are currently looking for speakers for this meetup. If you have experience, ideas, or practical lessons to share on how you're using Claude or AI-assisted tools in your data workflows, we would be glad to hear from you. Please reach out to [email protected]
