Mastering Your Brag Document – Turn Your Daily Work into Clear Career Wins
When people ask us about our achievements at work, most of us just say, "I was just doing my job." We work hard, finish big projects, fix bugs, and help our teammates. But when it's time for a review or a talk about a promotion, we forget all the great things we did.
This workshop is for anyone in tech, whether you work in QA, coding, design, product management, or any other role. It is a simple way to stop letting your hard work go unnoticed. We will focus on the Brag Document. It is a quick and easy tool to write down your wins, numbers, and growth in one place without feeling like you are bragging.
This is a hands-on offline session. Everyone will take a pen and build their own Brag Document right on the spot.
What you will get from this workshop:
A ready-to-use Brag Document to take home for your next review or meeting with your manager.
A simple way to show your results so you can easily turn everyday tasks into real achievements.
A way to show your invisible work like helping new teammates, writing guides, and fixing team processes.
Friendly practice in pairs to get comfortable talking about your wins in a relaxed group.

Your Host
Hanna Markowicz
I’m a QA Team Lead and Women Go Tech Mentor who loves helping people build confidence in their careers. Talking about our own wins at work is surprisingly tough, so as an Ambassador in Wrocław, I wanted to change that!
My goal for this workshop is to make sure everyone walks away with a ready-to-use Brag Document, a clear list of their achievements, and the exact steps to pitch their value during performance reviews or promotion chats.
