• ​Paula Ambrogi is the CEO of Buhl, one of Argentina’s leading consumer goods holdings, managing a portfolio of international brands, manufacturing operations, laboratories, and over 2,000 SKUs across the region. A serial entrepreneur, she founded three technology ventures, including Retargetly — the leading big data and adtech company in Latin America and the Spanish-speaking market — which was acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2022. She later completed her MBA at the University of Cambridge and has continued expanding her entrepreneurial footprint through new ventures spanning consumer goods, innovation, and residential construction.

• ​Tomás O'Farrell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Workana, the largest remote work platform in Latin America. Prior to founding Workana, Tomás co-founded Sonico, which was later acquired by Match Group, as well as FN Box. With more than 20 years of experience, he has built and scaled technology startups across Latin America, Asia, and the United States.

• ​The session will be moderated by Diego Gonzalez an entrepreneur, angel investor, and founder of Alina VC, the first Latin American fund focused on the Future of Work. With over 20 years of experience building and investing in tech startups, he has launched five companies, backed ten startups, and developed a global network of founders, investors, accelerators, and corporate partners.
