​ROUND 2 ARTISTS

(SYAFIQ | GRAPHIC DESIGN) 333dashi is an account that houses various works by Syafiq Danish, a self-taught creative whose designs involve posters, stickers and zines that emulate various styles. He is often influenced by music and film.

​Opening Title 3 serves as a love letter to music. The project features custom typographic titles and is set to be expanded in the form of album covers, CD designs and accompanying lyric booklets upon its completion.

​(ELLIOT | FILM) is a filmmaker with an interest in placemaking and community building. In particular, he is interested in how places shape identity and culture. Seeing communities in Singapore come and go in recent years has left him with mixed feelings of grief and hope.

​In making the film ‘Golden Peace Terrace’, he hopes to spark conversations about the lessons we can take away from such places and what we can do to keep communities going.

(GABRIELLA | BOOK + ILLUSTRATION) Gabriella’s coping mechanism is creating. She usually prefers publication design as a medium that marries visual storytelling and writing, but her inspiration comes from different life experiences and hyperfixations. In 2022, she self-published The Burnout Guide, which she co-wrote and illustrated. Today, she is developing a full-length publication about death, which started as a zine in 2021. She hopes not to die before its completion.

​(KIMBERLY | PAINTED WOODEN BLOCKS) is a Singaporean artist-curator whose practice explores the intersection of architecture, memory of place, and cultural heritage preservation. Her works draw from the lived rhythms of her local environment to investigate how cities evolve. In The Unstable Archive, she uses hand-painted wood blocks to recreate past and present shopfront signs, transforming a personal neighborhood landscape into a study of urban change and collective memory.
